If you are interested in getting to know others on the journey and wondering how you can join in, we invite you to consider these various paths to connect with others:
ALPHA
ALPHA is an opportunity for anyone to explore the Christian faith in a relaxed setting over ten thought-provoking weekly sessions, with a day or weekend away.
At each session people enjoy great food, laughter and learning in a fun and friendly atmosphere where no question about life and God is seen as too simple or too hostile. Questions like—Is there a God? Why am I here? Where did I come from? Where am I going?
ALPHA courses are run periodically. If you are interested in an ALPHA course, please contact us. Further information can be found at http://www.alphacanada.org/.
House Groups
House groups meet mid week (either weekly or bi-weekly) in someone’s home. These small groups provide the opportunity to experience God more fully in the context of developing close relationships with one another, sharing laughter, problems and encouragement.
Coffee Hour
Every week after the Sunday service you can mingle with others, nibble on some goodies and enjoy good conversation. Everyone is invited to come and enjoy a visit while having some tea, coffee, or a cold drink.
ChimeFX
This group meets together to make music with chimes each week. They occasionally participate in our worship services or share their talents in the community. No previous musical experience is needed.
Encouraging Fellow Travelers
There are several helpful ways to interact with others. You can regularly assist others on their journey by giving them a ride to church, volunteering to greet people as they arrive on Sunday, and helping to clean up after coffee hour. There are also many other ways to help as the need arises.
